Do you feel stuck?
Would you like some support to (re-)find your connection to life, with yourself, others, the natural world and the unseen?
Would you like to be more comfortable with yourself and your life?
Increasingly I’ve felt drawn to working 1-2-1. To support people through change, exploring what’s holding them back to be the best they can be for themselves and for the world at this time.
The process of coaching recognises the genius in each of us, and sometimes we need a little help drawing that out. The coach is there to support and guide, but not to teach or advise, recognising that the coachee holds the relevant knowledge & wisdom.
I draw on a variety of tools & spheres to support the coaching process, and on the experience life has granted me so far, finding myself on the path of transitioning to elderhood.
The process usually consists of an hour conversation in person or by Skype. However, it can be fruitful to give some processes more time. For example I prefer to give a half day to a facilitated design process and I take people out for a guided nature day that involves a coached journey.
Klaudia is a competent and capable Coach. Our sessions provided a valuable space for me to reflect and make some key decision regarding what is most important both personally and professionally. I am deeply grateful for having had the opportunity to work with her. Alubba Fenix
Thank you so much! It was so good to have you sit with me and clarify a few things! Your words and design help have calmed me down and shown me a direction, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are inspiring and I love what you do! I feel blessed to have crossed paths with you. Laura Whitley
“Klaudia’s approach is simple and empowering. Like all good coaches she was guided by my needs and is an excellent reflective listener. Klaudia also brings something a bit special to her coaching via a number of simple tools and awareness of patterns that help structure and orientate oneself in a natural path of transformative change. I felt safe and nurtured in the space she provides, working in my own ways and pace to reflect on some changes I wished to bring about as I get older. I am deeply grateful for this kind, open hearted woman and her support on the journey at this stage of my life.” Suzie Cahn, Permaculture Designer, Art Therapist, Educator, Artist, Community activist, Mother aged 51.
