Regenerative Teams & Projects, the 8 Shields Model

An opportunity to explore new ways of highly connected and effective working within any group or team and for any meetings and events.

When: 26th April 2018, 9.00-16.00

Where: Reconomy Centre, Totnes

The 8 Shields model uses activities, archetypes and roles based on natural cycles and indigenous wisdom. It supports individuals, groups and events to really come alive, creating a connective and wholistic field that meets us more fully.

In the morning we will work with our natural, innate, sub-conscious understandings of the universe, in order to allow our individual and collective genius to flow in regenerative teams and projects. In the afternoon there is a surgery, to work with participants’ specific projects.

Cost: Suggested minimum donations of £20 for the morning, £30 including surgery.

Facilitators: Facilitated by David SmartKnight and Klaudia van Gool.

Klaudia has been involved with the 8 Shields since 2011, attending and facilitating the Art of Mentoring and other 8 Shields workshops. She incorporates its natural patterns into her events and meetings for advanced connection. See Women’s Wild Hearth for an example.

David has also facilitated 8 Shields workshops and events, runs a peer mentoring group based on the 8 Shields model, and applies the same model to his work running community building and facilitation programmes.

What to bring: Lunch to share, notebook, pens, clothing for outdoors (waterproofs if wet), anything else you need to be comfortable and resourced.

You can pay suggested minimum directly by clicking the links below to secure your place and add a donation on the day if you wish. Please get in touch if you want to offer a different energy exchange
